NJSBA Annual Convention in Atlantic City

John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. will be speaking at the New Jersey State Bar Association Annual Convention in Atlantic City at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa.  The Convention will take place from May 18 - May 20, 2011.  Mr. Paone will be speaking on May 18, 2011 on the subject of palimony, the recently-enacted palimony statute, and recent developments in the case law.  Mr. Paone will be joined on the panel by the Honorable Colleen M. Flynn, J.S.C. of the Family Part in Middlesex County and Megan S. Murray, Esq. of Paone, Zaleski & Brown. 

NJ Association for Justice Boardwalk Seminar 2011

On April 14, 2011, John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. will be speaking at the Boardwalk Seminar at Bally's Atlantic City on the subject of the role of savings in the calculation of an alimony award.  Mr. Paone will be joined on the panel by the Honorable Patricia Roe, Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Ocean County. 

Family Law Symposium
John P. Paone, Jr. will again be a keynote speaker at the 2011 Family Law Symposium, where he will speak about the top ten family law cases of 2010.  Megan S. Murray, Esq. has also been selected to speak at the 2011 Symposium.  The Symposium is considered the seminal family law continuing legal education course and is attended by approximately 600 practicing attorneys from across the state. The Symposium will take place on January 29, 2011 at the Hyatt in New Brunswick. Mr. Paone's topic will cover the top ten family law cases decided in 2010.

Family Law "101" Seminar
On March 8, 2011, John P. Paone, Jr., Esq. will speak at a lecture entitled "Family Law 101," which will feature panelists discussing the basic information which every family law practictioner needs to know.  The seminar will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick.
